There are many resources available if you need advice or have a concern about workplace behavior. Generally, your supervisor is in the best position to help you. However, if you are uncomfortable speaking with your supervisor, or if previous attempts to discuss a situation or correct a problem with this individual have been unsuccessful, then you should try another resource.
